Lesson 18 in the study of 1 John from the Greek text with Dr. James M. Phillips What is true Christianity? Much that we see in the world today in churches is Wooden Nickle Christianity. The Bible teaches that once we are truly saved that we are always saved but the Bible teaches also that a saved person may securely sin but safely never. The Bible also teaches the insecurity of the makebeliever and that is the subject under discussion in this class.

Great Sermon! Now I understand why some church members just don't act like theyy are saved. They aren't. You just don't walk down and go through some legalistic rigeramo and walk out saved. It takes the work of the Holy Spirit of God and real repentance is the fruit of that union of God and man. Thanks again Dr. Jim for a great Bible lesson and sermon.
