In this single study, we examine the 'aftermath' of the great revival and restoration of religion under the godly King Hezekiah. We look at the background, and then examine Hezekiah's work in the kingdom. Bishop Hall said that in Hezekiah 'God saved the best man for the worst times'. We note his careful provision so that a good work begun was enabled to continue and to flourish. Do we adopt Hezekiah's attitude and seek to build on progress, or do we settle for the status quo? Hezekiah was practical, determined, and zealous - may God grant us grace to be the same!
