Great Sermon! Thank you for this message. Many "Pastors" have told me they believe in plurality of elders (It's taught in the Bible) but they don't manifest their belief. They are not quick to give up their preeminent place in the church. They just pick and choose. It is sad, because there is such wisdom in God's methods and such folly in man's methods.
