Deeply Needed This Hi, Pastor Phil! I was searching for a sermon from someone I knew I could listen to because of his faithfulness to the hard preaching of God's word. I have missed having you as my pastor, but so thankful to tune in here on SA and hear your sermons.
I'd go into my thoughts of this sermon, but will shorten it to: I needed to hear this and to be reminded of how complacent I often get as a Christian. It's so easy to get caught up in prideful thoughts by comparing myself to others. Events in our world and our own backyard have caused me to think more about the last days and Christ's return. Its also made me examine my heart to see if I'm truly living by what I profess.
May God help us as we continue to share His truths with our families and others He brings into our lives.
