When we go through difficult times, often what comes to the surface in our words and actions is what is deep down inside our hearts. Our sin nature resurfaces and exposes the problem areas of our hearts. The only person who ever lived, who did not have a sin nature, is Jesus. There are times when our evil desires tempt us. However, all of us have to say no to our sin natures. God puts us through trials so that we will get rid of the things that hinder our walk with Him. We are not to be governed by our evil desires. We must believe God’s truth and die to the lies which are trying to kill us. Sin is not God’s creation. It is perverse and something that God adamantly forbids. When we desire something evil, we cannot blame God for that.
