In verse 5 the Psalmist declares the sight of God’s countenance, His presence
In verse 11 the Psalmist speaks of his own countenance
You take one look at this man and his condition is clear but the Psalmist is saying when you look at/towards God you get better.
Basically we need to understand who we are and our temperament
