Both Proverbs 14:12 and 16:25 read, There is a way that seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death. Beware of your great ideas. We will look at this text in two parts. First from verses 1-6, the folly of human logic apart from God's promise, and second, the grace of God to those in distress from verses 7-16.
