The words, "But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord," are a sharp contrast to what we find in verse 7 when God says, "I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth." What I would like to show you, is that there is always a sharp contrast between God's dealings with the wicked and His dealings with the righteous. The difference is all as a result of His grace. We should each of us ask ourselves this morning – Have I found grace in the sight of the Lord? Or am I still a sinner who is seen by God as corrupt? It is my prayer that all who are listening to me this morning will find grace.
