The TNIV is a dangerous departure from previous translations. We should avoid its use. We believe the Bible in its original languages (Greek and Hebrew) were inspired by God. The TNIV purposefully ignores some of the inspired words of God. It takes away as well as adds words to the original. Butchering God's Word is the first step in butchering God.
