"The king shall joy in thy strength, O LORD; and in thy salvation how greatly shall he rejoice" β this is primarily said of King David, the great Psalmist. Surely David had seen the glory of the Lord in his own personal deliverance and salvation. Honor and majesty were given to him β so with our Lord Jesus Christ, for as in other O. T. passages, the implication goes also to the Greater David β thus we can say "His glory is great in thy salvation."
The GLORY OF CHRIST is great in the salvation of all the elect, as He suffered, was buried and raised again, then exalted to the Mediatorial Throne.
Most blessed is HE as He reveals Himself in salvation β are you saved? This is a message that is FULL OF CHRIST and the EXPERIENCE OF HIS GRACE IN SALVATION. Listen to Bro. Holloway, in this message preached in Georgia at Bro. Gene Breed's conference in October 1993. (We were there! Wylie Fulton Family.)
