In this session, we continue the subject of the rapture. I will share why I believe in the pre-tribulational rapture. It is the blessed hope of the believer. We do not wait for the antichrist or the tribulation, we are waiting for Christ! Then, if the rapture happens at the end of the tribulation, who repopulates the earth? Third, the Scriptures picture Israel as the wife of God and the Church as the bride of Christ and, those pictures are never mixed up. Fourth, Jewish wedding picture the pre-tribulational rapture perfectly. Fifth, when Christ comes for the Church it will be life as usual, and that is not the case at the end of the tribulation. Sixth, Jesus said one would be taken and the other left. Those words indicate a pre-tribulational rapture, and last, the teaching of imminency. If Christ is to rapture the Church anywhere after the beginning of the tribulation His coming for the Church cannot be imminent. And last, there are some specific verses that promise a pre-tribulational rapture.
