God is different from us. Though we have knowledge, God's is omniscient. Though we exist, God is self-existent! Though we possess the ability to do things, God is omnipotent! And though we are confined to time and space, God is omnipresent! This is why when Isaiah beheld the glory of God, he could do nothing else but fall to the ground and confess his sin. It is why when Daniel was confronted by the divine, he immediately fell to the ground as a dead man.
It is why when the Disciples came face to face with the transcendency of Christ, they worshiped Him.
