To acknowledge the truth is more than mental assent or willing acquiescence. Acknowledging the truth is joyful enthusiasm for the gospel worked out by Christ. It's repentance has a godly sorrow and it's faith has a full persuasion. The elect of God will be caused to warmly acknowledge Him and His truth. The rest will be left to their idolatry, ignorance, blindness and superstition.
