The question that I would like to have you consider at this hour, is this: Have I used my time wisely, or have I frittered it away in doing things which have no relation to my eternal state and reward? For if I have wasted my time, especially if I am a Christians, I must come to understand that this is not a good way for me to live my life. That is what the Apostle Paul is writing to the Christians at Roman about, here in Chapter 13. He is saying that there are certain things that every Christian should be doing, knowing the time. So the question that I want to ask is – What are the definite responsibilities which the Christian should be fulfilling in light of the Day of Christ which is most certainly coming? And the answer coming to us from the text is that there are 3 responsibilities that the Christian should awake to, knowing the time.
