Queen Elizabeth was scheduled to visit Chicago in July of 1959. Elaborate preparations were made for her visit by everyone except the prestigious Drake Hotel. The manager there said, "We are making no plans for the Queen. Our rooms are always ready for royalty." That's how we should live in light of the King of King's certain return to this earth. We shouldn't have to get ready. We should live ready! Let us live each day for that great day. To be sure, we are all running out of time as the day draws nearer. The world is frozen by fear of wars, plagues and pandemics as they are the scary portents of final judgment. But we need not fear. When in doubt, look up! We have faith and hope because our redemption draws near.
