God's holiness is "the beauty of all God's perfections," said Stephen Charnock. And God's internal holiness is manifested in His external justice. This sermon deals with the way God demonstrates his justice, including the doctrine of hell and final judgement. The Biblical truth is illustrated with an extensive quote from Jonathan Edwards, and contrasted with the words of Robert Schuller. This is not a sermon that minces words.

God’s Oft Ignored Attribute: His Perfect Justice Growing up I lost count of the number of times I heard pastors focusing on God’s great love to the exclusion of His other equally important attributes. That’s why I’m so grateful to Pastor Sukhia for faithfully proclaiming the whole counsel of God – which necessarily must include God’s infinite justice and abhorrence of sin.

It is because God is a righteous judge that He must punish our sins. Christ spoke on more occasions about hell than heaven. This message effectively reminds us there can be no doubt about God’s justice; and consequently it also reminds us of mankind’s desperate need for a Saviour.
