When the prophet Jeremiah was directed to purchase property as an indication that the people of Judah would again dwell in Jerusalem, he complied with the Lord's command but wondered how the promise would come to pass. But in the place of prayer, as he considered the reality of the Lord's glorious, sovereign, and almighty Person, he came back to the truth that, in the words of Job, the Lord can do everything. Surely, there is nothing too hard for the Lord.
