Dearly beloved congregation of our Lord Jesus Christ, today I'm going to do something I've never done before. I'm going to preach a children's sermon. Now, this sermon is not only for children. I know for a fact that everyone in this room has parents. And even if your parents are no longer living, it is right and appropriate to continue to honor them by how you talk about them and think about them. That said, the main focus of the sermon today is indeed on children. Kids, I want to spend a couple of minutes talking to you about the Bible this morning. I want to tell you that you need to obey your parents because it pleases God, and whatever pleases God is right.
