In this message, we will return to Romans chapter three in order to take a closer look at Christ as our "Propitiation".
We will look at Leviticus 16:11-19 to see the Old Testament account of the blood sprinkled on the mercy seat.
We will then read Hebrews 9:11-28 and see the New Testament commentary on the fulfillment of the Temple sacrifice by Jesus Christ.
The listener will learn wonderful truths about blood, the number seven, the mercy seat, propitiation and the sufficiency of the blood of Jesus Christ to save all who believe.

Great Sermon! Praise God our Salvation does not depend on our feelings. Like you, many times I wonder if I am really saved, but Praise God, it doesn't last. There are some members of my family who do believe you can lose your salvation. If that is possible, do they have to keep being born again? Their church uses the NIV, and that might explain this distortion of Scripture. I wonder how they can go through a day believing such an outrageous lie! What a terrifying way to live. I stand on, and believe The King James Bible when it says ETERNAL SALVATION. This was a wonderful message on the mercy seat. You don't hear it preached on very often, and it blessed my heart. Thank you, Brother Greg.
