Today I would like to speak to you about the importance of Paul's knowing who he was, and also the importance of your knowing who you are. It is important for every Christian to know themselves. Ultimately you cannot know yourself well unless you come to the knowledge of God, through our Lord Jesus Christ. Let me give you 3 observations on what Paul knew about himself. 1st of all – Paul knew that he was a Roman Citizen, and he made good use of it. 2nd – Paul knew how he had lived his life in relation to his conscience, and he declared it. 3rd – He knew that he was a Pharisee, and even more, a Christian, for he believed in the resurrection of the dead.
