Are Miracles Relevant? John 10:22-26;14:8-14 Confident in the Face of Hard Questions.Miracles are acts of God that point to Jesus and glorify Him. Miracles point to JESUS as God's chosen Messiah. John 10:22-26.Miracles point to the DIVINITY of Jesus. John 14:8-11.Jesus continues to work through us for God's GLORY. John 14:12-14.God's handiwork is everywhere. When we stop and look, it's impossible to miss evidence that there is a God. Today's culture often dismisses miracles as events we may not understand but which have rational, natural explanations. However, to discount the possibility of miracles is to discount the power and character of God.Miracles are possible because of who God is, and as we see in the miracles of Jesus, they point us straight to Him.If you struggle with believing miracles are possible, consider what your doubts might say about your belief in God. Be willing to trust that the all-powerful God is capable of doing the miraculous and things we cannot explain. The greatest miracle God performs is the spiritual transformation He carries out through Christ in the lives of those who put their faith in Him. Trust Christ and let Him work the miracle of making you a new person.
