“Coffee with Christ”
(Psalm 130:3-4)
“If thou, Lord, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand? But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.”
GRACE! One of the most beautiful words in the human language! The grace of God is Him doing for you what you are incapable of doing for yourself and unworthy of Him doing for you! That God could and would do such a thing for wretched creatures as ourselves is miraculous!
MERCY! Also a beautiful word in the english language, but doesn’t seem to get the recognition as that of Grace. The Mercy of God is Him not giving us what we do deserve, and if He did, who could stand? The two go hand in hand. Extending Mercy is actually an act of God’s Grace.
JUSTICE! Without Mercy and Grace there is only Justice left for the sinner from the hand of God. There are those who cry out for Justice in this world, but there will only be pleas for Grace and Mercy in the next! To cry out for them then will be to late!
(Psalm 106:47-48)
“Save us, O Lord our God, and gather us from among the heathen, to give thanks unto thy holy name, and to triumph in thy praise. Blessed be the Lord God of Israel from everlasting to everlasting: and let all the people say, Amen. Praise ye the Lord.”
