(2 Timothy 1:12) “I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.”
Assurance is a wonderful thing when you have it but it is a terrible thing when its lacking. Doubt causes you to question everything that you think you knew for sure. Faith is the opposite of doubt. I have no room in my life for doubt. The reality of God and things I’ve seen and experienced in my life concerning the word of God causes me to cry out the verse above every time the enemy breaths doubt into my mind. Do you know that you know Him? It doesn’t say “what” you know but “Whom I Know”! The what is that “HE is able” to keep what I have committed. Everything that I am. On judgement day, my only claim will be the finished work of Christ. The one who died for me.
(Philippians 4:6-7) “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
