(John 11:50-52)
“Nor consider that it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not. And this spake he not of himself: but being high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus should die for that nation; And not for that nation only, but that also he should gather together in one the children of God that were scattered abroad.”

For whom did Christ die on that Good Friday long ago? For the Jew only? No. For the Jew and the Gentile? No. He died for the children of God. This is not speaking of the Jews that were scattered abroad, no sir. They were part of that nation. This is not speaking of the whole world, for most of them are goats that will never be sheep. This is talking about His lost sheep, for whom He died, Jew or Gentile, that He is still gathering until the last Blood bought soul is reached, “for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood (OUT OF) every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;”
