We receive His justification by faith and it is worked out through and with sanctification. This too dove tails with the Reformation. The fruit of the Holy Spirit are what we call "good works." The Reformation has returned us to scripture ALONE and the fact that we are justified by faith ALONE and now we pay attention to the office of all believers which is an integral part of the Reformation. People were dependant on the church to teach them. They used a priest then, but now we are all prophets, priests, and kings!

The old testament Messiah speaks to the fulfillment. They were dealt with as they were a picture of the Kingdom. In the old testament Messiah were reflected in the three distinct offices- prophet, priest, and king. A prophet who discerned the Word of God, a priest who sacrificed for atonement, and the king who portrayed God ruling over His people. In the anointing you had not only a calling, but also a qualifying and now we deal with the reality of that anointing which was Christ. He was anointed from all eternity for the salvation of His people, but the Church receives their anointing of the Holy One at Pentecost. He takes His abode with us and tabernacles with us in our hearts and now lives in the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ! You and I are partakers of our Lord Jesus Christ and HIS anointing. Not just in blessings either! (error of Pentecostalism as the Holy Spirit does not give certain gifts to certain individuals.) The Holy Spirit talks about the Lord Jesus Christ ALWAYS!

In Pentecost, the Holy Spirit was given to us, having the unction now of the Holy One within us. The truth lives in the child of God and it reverberates in their hearts and becomes part of his very being and he then functions in those offices. To be a prophet is to know all things and discern between the truth and the lie. As priests we know that we are saved and we rein as kings with Him until we rein with Him in Heaven! We continue to preach to ourselves in that regard as we have that unction of the Holy One. Like teachers are an extension of our homes as parents know how to teach their children. Our connection is having Christ the Living One within us. Christians!

The threefold expression of the three offices are seen in our lives. As prophets we confess Him and we can speak the TRUTH about Him in every aspect of our lives! We are priests and we are now LIVING sacrifices that we render and we dedicate our body and souls to the living God. And we are kings of God and we are possessors of a Kingdom we must rule and take charge in.

We ask for wisdom now until we rule with Christ one day in that Kingdom of Heaven....
