Minnesota Council of Churches launches 'historic' reparations initiative
With 25 denominations representing some one million adherents, the Minnesota Council of Churches has embarked on a 10-year plan to tell the truth and educate about racism in Minnesota and offer reparations to black and indigenous communities harmed by it.
According to Jim Winkler, president of the National Council of Churches, he has never seen an anti-racism plan like the one laid out by the MCC.
“There’s a lot of anti-racism work going on,” Winkler told the Star Tribune. “But I haven’t seen a plan as systematically laid out as the Minnesota council has done.”...
As one might figure from the SA article, many Blacks have different opinions on this topic from some Whites.

If this 'counsel of churches' were actually legit, they wouldn't waste time promoting the satanic lie of 'racism' and how to fix it. God's true church knows Eve is the mother of ALL the living - Genesis 3:20, no mention of skin color variations. That there is only one race, the human race. That skin pigmentation does not necessitate 'another race'. Christ saves sinners, no mention of 'races' is found in Scripture. People come from a variety of different ethnic backgrounds, but all come from Eve, and all are fallen on Adam. The true church isn't called to 'fix' racism, abortion, sexual immorality, or worldly problems that stem from its own fallen state. The true Israel of God are called to proclaim Christ and His finished work. We preach Christ crucified, Paul said. Why is Christ crucified essential? Because His obedience unto death is the righteousness of God, His work is the propitiation for sin, Christ alone and not what you do. But Jim, It’s obvious you don’t believe those verses. Evidence? You continually define things by color. As in “lily white churches” and “complete black ones.” It seems to fly over your head that when you do this, when you see the church’s role as needing color adjustment in order to prove its righteousness in Christ, that you are blind to your very own personal racism.
