Rex Tillerson denies Nikki Haley’s claims that he sought to undermine Trump’s agenda
Former Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is disputing a claim by Nikki Haley, the former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, that he sought to subvert President Donald Trump’s agenda in an effort to “save the country."
That denial came after reports emerged that Haley, in her new book, said that Tillerson worked with former White House chief of Staff John Kelly to combat Trump’s decisions and that Haley rebuffed their efforts to join their cause.
Kelly, however, has told news outlets that “if by resistance and stalling, she means putting a staff process in place … to ensure the (president) knew all the pros and cons of what policy decision he might be contemplating so he could make an informed decision, then guilty as charged.”...
It seems that the women in Trump's life have one thing in common, they didn't like Kelly?

A recurring subplot is Manigault Newman's enmity toward chief of staff John Kelly, [ https://tinyurl.com/ydr5gwf9 ] who she accuses of "locking" her in the basement Situation Room in order to fire her on dubious grounds (she was accused of misusing the White House car service). In his bid to bring order to a fractious West Wing, Kelly had earlier imposed stricter rules about who had access to the President, a move that senior officials said limited Manigault Newman's time in the Oval Office....
Tillerson and Kelly seemed to have forgotten that foreign policy is not made by the unelected and unaccountable, such as Tillerson and Kelly. They are accountable to the president, and serve at his pleasure, not the other way around, which is part of the swamp thinkers creed. They are annoyed that Nikki Haley revealed their confusion.
