Iraq: Ethnic cleanings of Christians is ongoing, UK analyst says
What Iraq’s Christians want from the West is to say the plain truth: that there is ethnic cleansing of Christians in the region and it is ongoing, Tim Stanley told a meeting at the U.K.’s Parliament last Tuesday.
The historian and columnist, working for U.K. daily newspaper The Telegraph, just returned from a visit to Iraq’s Nineveh Plains.
‚ÄúIf we don‚Äôt say what is really happening in the region, which is ethnic cleansing of both Christians and Yazidis, we allow Islamic State and other perpetrators to get away with it,‚ÄĚ Stanley told the audience at the event, ‚ÄėThe Global Persecution of Christian Minorities,‚Äô organized by the Henry Jackson Society, a British foreign-policy think tank....
Satan's 'ethnic cleansing' of Christians everywhere is happening all over the world. It is an increase of the persecution the LORD refers to in Matthew 5:1ff. 10 "Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake."
It is also gradually becoming a acceptable phenomena in the west, eg: USA and UK.
The subtle satanic difference in the western nations is that their quote, "cleansing" method is to attack all moral standards in the Bible's teachings. Ultimately the reprobate secularist community is trying to alienate all doctrines associated with the Bible. This is to provide freedom for sexual deviancy and murder by abortion, destruction of marriage, establishment of gender confusion, and general criminal sinful lifestyles.
The aim would appear to be to take over and run things without those pesky Christians and their rules.
Jude :8: Likewise also these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities."
Is it correct to call this "ethnic cleansing?" Perhaps this is because there is no familiar term for this situation. "Religious cleansing" would be more accurate but hitherto unused. "Ethnic cleansing" for persecution of Christians is similar in terminology misuse as dubbing criticism of Islam "racism" -- except the latter has another, greater inaccuracy, that of wrongly condemning criticism.
There is a cleansing which is most valuable, available to all through the atoning sacrifice of God's Son, and it brings you eternal life.
Revelation 1:5-6 KJV (5)  And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, (6)  And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
The darkness cannot stand the presence of the light. Islam, in particular, is a closed system that of necessity must eliminate any and all competition. To do so would be to compromise the throat hold it maintains on the hearts, minds and very lives of those of it holds in bondage. That's part of the reason it's always so greatly encouraging to be able to read snatches of the work God is doing in the Mideast and to see that where sin abounds grace abounds much more. Yet their deliverance from Islam is no more or less glorious than the conversion of homeschooled children from a christian home. Such is the nature of salvation.
