Ups, I use scripture when I make a point on here or my own experiences that I have gone through and God has taught me personally. You can take or leave what I say, thatâ€™s your freedom to do. No one guides me on here especially through links. There are wolves everywhere in sheepâ€™s clothing trying to destroy Jesusâ€™s sheep. We are in a spiritual warfare and yes , I have a God given spirit that helps me. Links have taken Billy Graham and Franklin to the cleaners with their judging . I have been torn apart by LB and others on here because I donâ€™t believe like they do. Even called mentally ill.by LB because I hear in my heart as God speaks to and you agree with her and others that give out links on here. The ones I donâ€™t trust are those that judge and condemn others without anything but their instincts because they donâ€™t know me or my lifestyle.

Well Tim, you are so right and JohnUk, thanks for reminding me that Jesus does love ðŸ’• me even when I donâ€™t deserve it. You are right when we are not doing the right things, we certainly are under His discipline and I know it for sure. I try to stay close and be blessed. We do learn from those times of His displeasure.
No, havenâ€™t had a Bible Study for just women, for a few years. Its more learning to make wreaths, cooking , making quilts for cancer patients on chemo. Thatâ€™s good and all but looking forward to another Bible Study. I donâ€™t go by what other people say about someone, I go by my own instincts and Godâ€™s guidance. I have been so judged by people that donâ€™t even know me or how I live my life , so I pay no attention to links or those that use them. Ok, thanks for your mentoring, my husband is not a Christian and never discusses things pertaining to the Bible or gospel, I have these I trust on here and a close friend to help me as well.

A thing to think about is God wants us to serve Him where he puts us. I am serving in a Baptist Church a few blocks from where I live and I do what I can do as God leads. We donâ€™t have women Bible Study now as much as other events, scrape bookings and wreath making etc It was years ago that Beth Moore was teaching by video. I went for fellowship mainly .There is a reason we have churches to worship and serve in and you canâ€™t do that on line. Itâ€™s fine if you are home bound and unable to attend physically. Shops in our malls are closing because of on line shopping. I do like sermons on here especially the older preachers, like Tozer and Spurgeon and I dislike arguing so I say whatever to whoever needs to hear and move on. I try to use scripture rather than links written by men that take comments and add their interpretation to the mix and whatever to prove their point on here. Fine line we have to walk on here.

I am so fed up with certain ones on being my Judge to the point I was getting off sermon audio but thought of those on here that have blessed and helped me through some hard times and I have grown spiritually.
John Uk, I love what you said to Dr Tim and was a blessing for me as well. At least Satan didnâ€™t win this battle, I plan to stay on and let God continue to grow me, until He calls me home.
Dr. Tim keep on making me laugh, God knows what I am going through and that my heart needs it. Like your comments on reaching the lost and your encouragement. You are a blessing to me as well as others.I donâ€™t believe women should teach men, so if I get in teaching mode let me know and like a friend on here once told me, keep your feet in the boat while feeding the sharks â€˜

The women in our church have Bible Studies for Women only, no men come to the Women â€˜s Bible Study and Beth Moore And Patricia Shrivar(Tony
Evans daughter) has held a few. Different ones do the video and we have work books to study with. Watch video and leaders discuss lessons.
We also on Thursday morning have the menâ€™s study called Man Up and the only women there are the ones that serve lunch to the men.
Tuesday, there is a Bible Study taught by Associate Pastor for all senior adults. Lunch afterwards. Keeps everybody pretty busy. Donâ€™t think men would be interested in our Bible Study and I wouldnâ€™t want to go in the Menâ€™s either.Sometimes I donâ€™t think I need to be on this forum and now is one of those times I feel awkward on here. After thinking about, it, That is.

Just a guy, when Paul and Silas were put in jail, they were singing hymns and praying at Midnight and it mentioned that the other prisoners were listening to them and pretty amazed that they werenâ€™t complaining and arguing with each other about whose fault it was they wound up in jail in the first place. No they were singing and trusting God with their lives and making the best out of a bad situation. An earthquake shook the jail so hard that chains fell off and the prison doors opened and thatâ€™s when the jailer thought the prisoners had fled and pulled a sword out to kill himself ! Thatâ€™s when Paul cried out with a loud voice to not harm himself because all the prisoners were still there. Amazing Grace.

Acts 16;28 But Paul cried with a loud voice â€œDo not harm yourself, for we are all here â€œvs29 And the jailer called for lights and rushed in, and trembling with fear he fell down before Paul and Silas.vs30 Then he brought them out and said â€œSirs, what must I do to be saved?â€
vs31 And they said,â€ Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.â€vs 32 And they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all who were in his house.
vs 33 And he took them the same hour of the night and washed their wounds and he was baptized at once, he and all his family. Iâ€™m assuming you know this story, if not I suggest you read the whole chapter and be blessed at how God could save and change this jailerâ€™s life.

Agree, John and so unbelievable that it is happening in our schools of all places. Every day it seems on the headlines that some small child has been abused physically (even killed by parents) or sexually by adults. Even to the point of one woman being accused of sex trafficking. Had her ugly picture plus the four sick men involved on front page of our newspaper. Now, they are being bombarded with this at a very young age. Basically as a child I was told not to talk to strangers and it put enough fear in me to see danger in that. Told my kids the same thing. If someone needs directions to some place they could ask an adult!! Usually itâ€™s a step parent that does the molesting while the parent allows it, but not always.

Right now he has support from the evangelical group and he realizes how much he needs that support. He really loves America and it is a disturbing thought for a power hungry Democratic whoever gets President. Christians need to pray that the right person for our nation be put in office.

So true JohnUk, unbelievable how the world is turning now and youâ€™re so right that no matter what his beliefs, if he is a blood bought child of God, he can rejoice in his trials and tribulations because God will take care of him. We rejoice because we are counted worthy to suffer for His name and His cause.

Hi John, a million, I think or close to it. Just got another news flash a second ago and it reported that President Trump called off the strikes against Iran 10 minutes before. Since no casualties were involved and it would be if they retaliated. But unless negotiations fail and then weâ€™ll see. He needs our prayers and we need to be united as a nation.

There was a news flash a few minutes ago, that a Navy drone was shot down by an Iranian missile. Our nation and Trump need our prayers, instead of the division we are seeing now in our country.

All comments have been so inspiring to me and uplifting. I too, have noticed that very few comment on these posts but get a doctrinal post going and itâ€™s all out war. I am a Christian serving God in a Baptist Church. My grandson raised Baptist, is youth Pastor of his wifeâ€™s denomination Presbyterian and we all love each other and get along great. We are Republicans and my daughter and their family Democrats. No argument between us. About politics or religion.
My family laughs a lot and we have a great sense of humor and I thought of that scripture in proverbs that says, a merry heart does good like a medicine. I was so down once and my husband went hunting even while being so sick. Someone made a snarky remark about hunting for the sport of it and how horrible that was! Then the fun began when you guys started making jokes about how deer were so dangerous and the hunters had to hunt from deer stands. I laughed so much and my heart was so merry and I loved you all so much because you made me feel so special! And he did get two deer ðŸ˜„

Gay, I am so sorry that you wonâ€™t be posting much anymore and I do understand your problem. My sister died from Alzheimerâ€™s, and a few Uncles and I am aware of what it can do. I enjoy the fellowship as well, minus a few. Will be praying for you and your family. Much love in Christ.
