I've read some Dawkins and I've read some Calvin--two extremes I believe. However, I'd rather be wrong and follow Christ as Calvin teaches. The worst that can happen is annihilation for me. If I follow Dawkin's, on the other hand and I am wrong, I'll spend an eternity in hell.

As Richard Benette stated in his testimony. "I saw that life in Jesus Christ was not possible while remaining true to Roman Catholic doctrine." So praying that God will open others eyes to see the same!

I believe that the Bible is authoritative, infallible, inerrant and The Inspired Word of God.

I listen to anywhere form 2 to 10 sermons a day on sermon audio because I love THE WORD. Some scripture, I believe we can debate over. However, I did not know I was one of the Elect until I was saved. We don't know who the elect are so, don't we preach and teach that all may come? The elect will then come as drawn by The Holy Spirit. Maybe we will not understand it ALL this side of heaven.

I have enjoyed reading all of the comments and scripture too. The writing skills, communicating skills, and the knowledge of the Bible, far beyond where I am. (since GOD saved me)

I know that I have no more power to stay saved than I did to get saved. JESUS CHRIST DID IT ALL!!!

Matthew 7:21-23

Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

I see this same problem with many in the charismatic movement today. (An "excessive" lifestyle)I do not condemn nor do I judge. God will take care of that part.
