The latest in our series on husbanding wealth, "The Almighty And The Dollar," has been posted to SermonAudio. These are lectures that are given occasionally on the subject of how the Christian should relate to his work and his wealth as a good steward of Almighty God's creation. There is also a PDF outline that can be downloaded free of charge.
The one given on November 18th, entitled "Talent, Time, and Tools," deals with how we should invest our money responsibly. For a steward to be found faithful (1 Cor. 4:2) he must invest wisely and soundly as well as being diligent in his work. We are responsible not only for earning wealth, but also for making the best use of that wealth once it has been earned.
