From the pen of Brother Thomas (Toad) Lester, There was a time when all the children of Israel were “gathered together as one man.” (Judges 20:11) That must have been a sight to behold! The whole nation functioning as though they were one human being! We can’t expect the unsaved, left or right to sign any peace papers, but we SHOULD expect it of ourselves because we are God’s family. Living peaceably with all men (Rom.12:18) does not require that we are in agreement with each other on how to run our nation but God requires us to love each other beyond the disagreement & find the way to work together. Not only for the advancement of our nation but for the furtherance of HIS Kingdom. In living “peaceably with all men” we may have to do some things that are hard but more importantly we have to do what is of eternal Value and glorifying to God. This is the time to #ShineYourLight
