“ Lessons in Forgiveness (Part 1) ” Thank you for this excellent teaching on forgiveness. This truly blessed me and I look forward to listening to the rest of this series.
“ Praise be to God. ” Thank you Keith Thompson, your sermon in 2015 on Genesis 32 :22-32 was the most helpful preaching I've heard on Genesis 32:22-32. I'm now listening to your sermons.
“ Very encouraging! ” A lot of times, even as believers, we feel as if God has distanced Himself from us because of our current failures and many sins. We feel unclean and unworthy and we know from experience that we sin daily and even our best efforts come far short of what we think will please God.
Isaiah 59:1, 2 "Behold, the LORD’S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear."
The above is how we often feel, but the LORD is not speaking to believers here. See the verse below also:
Isaiah 43:25 "I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins."
Note the "for mine own sake." I suggest that anyone who confesses and believes in Christ and yet feels like God won't hear their prayers listen to this sermon carefully. Don't believe the devil - we HAVE access to God already and at any time. Access to Him was purchased already by Jesus Christ.

“ Great Sermon! ” Oh dear brother, what wonderful two sermons particularly this second one so powerful and instructive. Brian, God has graced you with one of the finest gifts of communicating His Word to us. In the midst of being stricken to the core at your diagnosis and then heavy duty surgery, I was frequently before His throne (tho probably selfishly), pleading, "My Lord and my God, please don't take Brian away from Ariel and away from us, and don't let Your gifting in him be diminished at all." I give glory to God in Christ Jesus in the highest in great gratitude.

“ Great Sermon! ” Phil does an excellent job having us examine our heart and to cleanse it and fill it with Godly thoughts. We are and we do what fills our heart, and he gives good principles to follow in dealing with an unclean heart.
“ Powerful Sermon! ” Phil does a great job showing the daily battleground of the warfare we face, and he also gives us a clear picture of the Spiritual tools we have to fight this war.
“ Great Sermon! ” Very powerful sermon, but the pastor needs to wear a lavalier microphone, because at times his volume became so overbearing I had to take my headphones off because I couldn't lower the volume in time.

“ Forgotten doctrine ” This doctrine is virtually unknown in 90% of today evangelicalism. And yet it's part of the "whole counsel of God." Come on, get with it, preachers!
