Fabulous message, so easy to look at the world around us and feel defeated, but when we understand the message of the bible we can be encouraged and strengthened by the promises of God. I believe this is the message of revival and renewed interest in the bible.

“ Engaging Message! ”
It must be realized that there is a marked distinction between a government enforcing the Law of God and a government enforcing a man-made confession such as the Westminster Confession of Faith. Confession enforcement is what characterizes many governments of the past and the Lord rightly brought these instances to an end. Confession enforcement was the hallmark of the Pharisees as well, and Christ consistently confronted them on this matter for "exceeding what is written" as the apostle called it. This "exceeding" is what characterizes most confessions, although adherents of each confession will deny this. The Confessionalist many times, makes his understanding an idol, and likewise persecutes the heretics that disagree. Jefferson and Madison (I think wisely) saw through this and established religious freedom, first in Virginia. If you read Jefferson's position on this matter, he stresses the dependence of their system on Truth-preaching. The Truth if preached will always prevail, he believed. As a result, Jefferson and Madison established a competitive preaching environment designed to shake out error. Confessionalist in government on the other hand, usually try to take out the competition. May the Lord raise up government leaders that respect His Law.

“ Great Sermon! ”
I'm scared--could it be this crazy TEMPEST SPRING is GOD getting us to repent? (fires in Arizona? tornados in Missouri?) I don't think GOD is finished with us yet--this wild weather is JUST the beginning--PLEASE PRAY FOR THE PEOPLE CAUGHT IN IT! The tsunami in Japan, hit the areas that made the paint for the Toyotas for AMERICA...GOD is hitting out economies HARD (yes GOD) and is making women work outside more ane more while the men are unemployed and on videogames!(and we are STILL pushing careers FIRST for them instead of marriage and children) We women will see what radical feminism has done as well

Covenantal Continuity
Dr. Paul Jehle

comment
“ A phenomenal man ”
This is the most life-changing sermon I have ever heard. Young people, take note! Dr.Jehle is, in my opinion, one of the wisest men of our day. In this sermon alone he presents you with a clear vision for your impact on future generations and your role in preserving a godly legacy. The Lord has greatly used Dr. Jehle in my life and I hope you will take every word he says to heart, not just as a nice little teaching that we can flaunt to others as a boast of our knowledge, but as marching orders! Take his words-from ALL of his sermons-and apply them to your life! You will not be sorry!

“ Great lessons. ”
Paul challenges the pagan philosophers and declares them guilty and without excuse: they know the truth about the one God who created the universe, but they suppress the truth in unrighteousness. Paul gives us an example how to proclaim the Gospel to unbeliever intellectuals.

The Christian Mind

“ Great Teaching! ”
Rev. Bradley declares that we are in a revolution in church and society. He is right! And we can observe this happening all around us, in the radical overthrow of God's authority. People no longer wrestle with sin. We need to recapture the Christian mind. This is the alternative to the worldly mind of iniquity. Quote, "You didn't change your mind, God changed your heart." Thankyou Rev Bradley. Great work.

“ Wonderful exegesis and application ”
For anyone looking for a superb sermon on the Lord's Day. This is it! Dr. Pipa has faithfully studied and preached the blessing of keeping the Lord's appointed Day. Not too technical. Has applications that should be instituted immeadiately.
