Great Sermon! Great sermon, on the faithfulness of God, amidst the wicked world system, that has wrapped itself thoroughly, through, Culture, the Arts, Academics, and continues to assault the Church of Christ in our day. May we fight the good fight of faith, and expose the darkness! Ephesians 4:17-32, Jude 3.
Great Sermon! Excellent study and teaching Sir. One I can get behind because The Sovereign and Holy GOD solidifies it. I took plenty of notes.

Proverbs commentaries Hello, Eric! I am preaching through Proverbs right now; Waltke is by far my favorite commentator, but for family worship Kidner and Bridges are great too. I am so looking forward to hearing Voddie on this book because I am 70 sermons in and loving it!
Great Sermon, but wrongly labeled! Two sermons are switched around. This is actually sermon #3 of the series by Voddie titled "The Way we think". The correct sermon #5 of this series is Sermon #3 in "The Way we Think" series called "Sons of the Promise".
A brilliant sermon incorrectly labeled. This is sermon #5 in Voddie's series called One Big Story. He preached both series concurrently in Lusaka, Zambia. The correct sermon that is #3 in this series is Sermon #5 in One Big Story. It is called "The Fall- The Promise of the Savior."
Great Sermon! Divine Wisdom
The book of Proverbs is one of the โmany waysโ God spoke (Heb. 1:1), leading us to his only Son Jesus. What stands out about the book of Proverbs is its gracious offer of divine wisdom for foolish and weak people.
The book of Proverbs is an outpouring of grace from God. Again and again, the author appeals to the reader as his dear โsonโ (Prov. 1:8, 10, 15; 2:1; 3:1, 11, 21; 4:1, 10, 20; 5:1, 7, 20; 6:1, 3, 20; 7:1, 24; 19:27; 23:15, 19, 26; 24:13, 21; 27:11). This book breathes with the Spirit of adoption (Rom. 8:15). We may therefore study Proverbs not to earn a sonship still out of reach but to bear witness to a sonship already given.
Wonderful start This was a great start to the worship of God. I hope you address how we know what we should sing. Looking forward to the rest of this series.
Great Sermon! Thanks for that sermon brother. We need to guard against the deceptive charms of false teachers by a more in depth personal study of the Bible. Very timely. I have a question that could eventually probably turn into a sermon topic in its response....Since sin is rebellion....for christians what condition is the human spirit that is bound to addictive sins of consumption...as alcohol abuse in? Since their sin is primarily self destructive and in some cases apparently out of their control? Can a true Christian struggle with addiction? Does it indicate that they are counterfeit too? Or perhaps reaching for the calling of Christianity that is not theirs?
Aaaaamen! Fantastic message!
Convicting and motivating!
May God spur us on and implant within us a heavy burden for communion with Him through prayer!
Great Sermon! Awesome. Pastor Voddie preaches as well as the reformers ! He is like a Puritan who has been transported to speak Gods word in a society similar to Sodom and Gomorrah. Everyone in that church should be shouting Amen Amen
Great sermon on the often neglected doctrine of sanctification! Another great sermon on this topic is Mike Ricciardi's "Gospel-Driven Sanctification", which can also be found on Sermon Audio.
Great Sermon! Since the first time you preached at Sevier Heights, I have always listened to your messages. They always hit deep in my heart. God bless you brother
