Three Phases of Salvation

“ Thank you! ”
So, just to clarify, if we experience what we think is salvation by accepting Jesus as our Savior, and we do not work out our salvation unto sanctification, are we really not saved to begin with? Are we the ones that will be saying "Lord, Lord"?

Very good, tho painful. Thank you for being so open for the benefit of our eternal souls. Will listen again and take notes whereby to examine my heart regarding an emotionally abusive family member. Deep blessings on the precious pastor and his family. Tks Lisa for recommending. Xo

“ Deep Sermon! ”
This sermon gives an excellent presentation in a short period of time of the works of God regarding predestination, conversion, justification, righteousness, salvation, sanctification, glorification, all through Grace and Faith that comes from God. A satisfying coverage of these major works of God will answer many of our questions.

Sermon:
Fruits of Repentance
Paul Tautges
1
comment
“ Excellent Sermon! ”
This a clear explanation of what the fruits of repentance means -- what a "saved" ex-sinner shows in his new life in Christ Jesus. We find our salvation in Christ Jesus, and not in any other way. Too many churches preach works of a person and do not preach salvation through repentance alone and the process of becoming more like Christ Jesus in our growth.

“ Great Sermon! ”
After listening to this I realized that I am very bitter. It has been affecting my health and my relationships for many years. I want to forgive the people who hurt me but I am full of hurt, anger, and resentment. I don't want to feel like this anymore but when I pray for it to leave me....I still feel it. I tried to make peace with some people but it made it worse and now I feel more depressed. Please keep me in prayer

“ Great Sermon! ”
While I was listening your personal experience about biterness I was boiling ( crying ) because I was hurt by my own church pastor I didn't have bitterness towards him but it was a shocking expiriance for me I thought all God's people are like angel but I'm wrong. God taught me a lot through this bad experience . I pray that to fix my eye on Christ & to forgive others as He forgave me. The psalmist says " It is good for me that I have been afflicted , that I might learn thy statutes" Psa. 119:71 I give glory to God for His grace & mercy in my life. What a wonderful Father we have !!! Thank you so so much for the beautifl message. May God bless you & your family & your ministry Abundantly!!!!

I put a partial transcription of this sermon up on my blog. I wanted people to think about the message of "repent now" before we forget about the Japanese disaster, and go back to our "normal" lives.
