Need: Our good works assure us of salvation in Christ, glorify God before unbelievers, and are the good fruit of His kingdom come and will being done on earth as it is in heaven. Theme: Christians do good works to: 1. Show Christ renews us in His image by His Spirit so that we live in thanks and glorify Him. 2. Show that our faith is sincere by its good fruit, which witnesses to unbelievers around us. 3. Show true repentance from sin, without which no person may inherit the kingdom of God.
