H.C. Questions 83-85 – The Keys to Heaven – Sermon Outline
Intro: Those who are in Christ are in His kingdom, members of His Church, through the keys of the kingdom, which are preaching of the Gospel and church discipline that corrects wayward Christians.
Need: Only through faith in Christ and membership in His body, the Church, can one enter into the kingdom of heaven, and only by continual faith, sound doctrine and godly living, will one remain in God's kingdom and enter into it body and soul when Christ returns and judges all mankind, including His people.
