There is an old axiom that goes something like this: If you won’t do something, someone else will. In some settings that might be good news. If we don’t take care of something, we have others who will back us up and take care of it for us. However, in other settings this is not good news at all. What if that “someone else” does not have your best interests at heart? What if that “someone else” does not share your values and moral standards? At work are the forces of secularism that seek to drive every vestige of religious expression from the public square. Those same forces are the “someone else” who will train our children if we neglect to do so, as Dr. D. James Kennedy explains in his message: “Training Your Children.”
