1. Through faith God can and does work miracles and acts of providence to help and deliver His people from pain and suffering 2. God does no always work miracles and acts of providence to deliver from suffering, but by faith He sustains His people to endure pain & suffering 3. Having faith is not the ultimate determining factor in whether you will escape suffering or must endure suffering... God is 4. In both cases faith involves believing that God Himself is better than anything life can give you now or anything death will take from you later 5. This kind of person is a gift to the world
