Lesson 3 in the study of Church History by Dr. James M. Phillips. This class goes back to our original parents and traces the beginning of religious persecution. The beginning of religious intolerance and violence. What was Cain's sin? The printed study materials for this class are in the web store under The Trail of Blood. There are over 700 sermons and Bible study classes on our sister web-site discovertheword.com under sermon of the week and the audio Bible study directory. There are also many Bible study helps and links on the discovertheword.com web-site. You may have this complete set of 26 audio classes on Cd or Audio cassette for a donation of $65.00 in the webstore. The audio cassettes have 10 minutes more of recorded material on them than the Audio CD's because they hold more recorded material. If you live outside of the USA please add an extra $48.00 donation for shipping by going to the front of the web page and clicking on to the (MAKE A DONATION) icon and typing in the correct amount. This set of classes comes with 26 CDs or Cassettes with storage folder, The Trail of Blood Booklet and other printed materials. We regretfully state that Dr. Jim did not have the funds to record these classes on video which would have captured at least 2 hours of each class. Dr. Jim is an unsalaried volunteer pastor at Valley Baptist Church and these classes are all recorded out of his own funds which are limited. Not having these classes on video was a great loss because many of these classes went way beyond the CD and Cassettes' recording times. Please take time to send a donation to help keep these recordings and classes up on the web for all to learn God's word.

What a great history lesson This was one of my favorite history lessons. This is quite informative about the Biblical history of Cain's sin, amd the story of religious intolerance beginning in the second generation of humankind. I hope others enjoy this class as much as I did.
