Now that we have embarked on our journey of walking with Christ in the midst of this perverse and crooked generation, we have to persevere as we grow and mature spiritually. Our goal is to be be conformed to the image of Christ in all things, and along the way we will confront many temptations. Only by persevering will we begin to reap the blessed fruit of the Holy Spirit (Gal 5:19-20).
