But he uses man to bring about his work. So we are all involved in this sacred. Privilege and responsibility. It is the Holy Spirit working through all of you to bring this about. And I think the spiritual condition of the church will determine to what extent the Holy Spirit is able to lead us in this process and to bless us with a brother who is well able to fill this place and take on responsibility. You know, ordination is a major event in the life of a. Church. It brings about a lot of change. And there may be some anxiety and some fear, some apprehension. And sometimes it even brings division to a congregation. God forbid that that should happen. But we need not fear. You know, we as men, we have our own lot of us, have our own businesses and we're well able to figure out what piece of equipment we need to make that business function and function properly. So why should we fear in the congregation when God is in control? He is well able to reveal and ordain a man that will fill this place in this time. We need not fear. It's all in God's hand. And he will accomplish his will for the church here. It is a time of blessing. It is a time of drawing us together, a soul searching time, a time of cleansing. A time of letting God do his work in our lives. It is a time when God reveals his will to the congregation in a way that he receives glory in a way that the church can move forward and enhance the Kingdom of God. Dear brothers and sisters, if you are not ordained or not in the lot, don't feel like God doesn't need you. Or that you have not been called. We all have responsibility. We have all been called. God has a purpose and a work for each one.
