While the referendum processes were intended to allow for a balance of powers, it will be our leaders and the universities they attend that will set the direction for the country. So is it really worthwhile passing legislation to modify constitutions, when the judges will interpret the constitutions any which way they want to? This may be the time for Judicial impeachments. But more importantly, what do we do about the universities and law schools that set the philosophical directions for the nation?
