In Mark 4 Jesus tells the parable of the seeds. One group never hears the word of God because they don't care about it, two groups follow God for a while, but persecution or the cares and riches of the world cause them to fall away because they were never truly saved. Only one group bears fruit because they are saved. At the end He says he who has ears to hear, let him hear. This means if we hear, understand & use what He shows us, He will entrust us with more. How sad, many will be horrified when they find out they are in hell because they fell into the first 3 categories in this parable and many Christians will be sadly disappointed when they get to Heaven & see all the BLESSINGS and ways God wanted to use us if we only had ears to hear and used what God gave us.
