Jesus was teaching the people in a house that was filled. If Jesus offered us only one thing, what would we want? When Jesus told the person with paralysis that his sins are forgiven, there is no greater gift that the man could have received. We cannot visibly see if someone else’s sins are forgiven, however, Jesus sees, hears, and knows all things. Our big problem is that we all need forgiveness. When we do the wrong thing, we are doing what comes naturally, when we do the right thing, Christ does it in us. Some people have a little bit of the truth but come to the wrong conclusions. Jesus loves us, and that is why we are here.
