He has the power to appoint nations to be His agents of both mercy and judgment. God has the power to achieve great purposes and do mighty works.God has the power to see the ways of all people and to reward them according to their deeds, whether good or bad. God's power has performed miraculous works in behalf of His people down through history vv.20-22. These works are seen in the signs and wonders done in Egypt.
