From the sermon: "In this sermon I want to address the hue and cry of certain persons who have whined about a 17 year-old having a gun. "How did a 17 year-old get a gun?" "He is too young to be running around with a gun!" "No one his age should have a gun." And on and on.
I want to address this childish gibberish. This inane talk. This ignorance of history.
History is loaded with examples of young men under the age of 18 fighting battles – using guns and swords." 39 min. MercySeat.net

Great Sermon! Strong word. Rational. Completely agreed. I was given a rifle as a gift at 10 for my birthday.
Part of it reminded me of this saying: Easy times make weak men, weak men make hard times, hard times make strong men, strong men make easy times. And so it repeats. Soon a lot of people will be forced to grow up. The hard way. I said this shortly after it happened and I will say it again. Kyle is more of a man by far than the vast majority of “men” in this nation. Period.
