We see three things following the taking of this Passover: 1) Removal of temptation 2) Results of transformation and 3) Restoration of a testimony. We see that the difference in their hearts led to a desire for holiness in their hearts. Obedience to God should be a natural outflow of the desire of our hearts without prodding but of our own volition. God has to remove sin from our heart before He can remove it from our person.
