Steve is the creator of our 3 websites: http://www.BIBLEQUERY.ORG, http://www.HISTORYCART.COM & http://www.MUSLIMHOPE.COM) analyze the truth claims of Muhammad & the religion of Islam which he fabricated as he went along. Since Mohammad references to the Jewish Old Testament & the Christian New Testament as his authority it would only be logical to assume that his truth claims would line up with theirs, but do they? Both Judaism & Christianity predate Islam by centuries with their scriptures intact (see BIBLEQUERY.ORG for more on manuscript evidence) & both directly contradicting Mohammad's claims. Both Old Testament & New Testament scriptures condemn Mohammad as a false prophet (see MUSLIMHOPE .COM) meaning Mohammad's followers would be under the same divine curse as he is (Ezekiel 14:10 cf Deuteronomy 18:21, 13:1-5, Ezekiel 13:2-9, Jeremiah 14:10-16, Isaiah 8:19-20, Galatians 5:19-21, Revelation 22:11-16, etc). Thus believing a false prophet's religion really can send you to hell (Matthew 10:15, 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9, Galatians 1:6-9). The Qur'an pays more attention to Judaism than to Christianity. There were a number of Jewish tribes scattered in the religions north of Mecca. Around Yathrib three Jewish communities were settled in their own quarters, namely the Banu Qaynuqa, Banu Nadhir and the banu Quraydhah. Muhammad was destined to confront each of these in turn once he had become the leader of the Muslims in the city. Although the Arabs at Mecca had probably had some contact with Jews there are not reliable records of any Jews settled there. Most of them appear to have been resident in the northern regions and, as many trading caravans from Mecca.
